The city of Tulsa gave an update Tuesday on the recovery from the ransomware attack, saying cutoff and late-fee notices will resume with August utility bills.

City services “remain largely unaffected,” and Tulsa says resident impacts are low.

Customers with past-due balances should either pay them, setup a payment arrangement, or expect additional late fees or water shutoffs, the city said.

Those needing help can call 311 or email Tulsa311@cityoftulsa.org.
