Friendship Church Presents Their Inaugural Buy Black Expo

The Oklahoma Eagle Newswire

Friendship Church will present its inaugural Buy Black Expo on Sunday, February 23, 2020 from 12pm – 3pm.

As we close out Black History month, this event will highlight over 30 local black entrepreneurs in our church and community to give them an opportunity to sell their products and services to the community.  We have a wide variety of vendors, from a black owned coffee shop to hair products.  We also excited to have a few youth entrepreneurs participating.

Friendship Pastor Jamaal Dyer stated “I think it’s a really good idea for the church to incorporate this. It’s rare for a church to host an event to highlight black-owned businesses and encourage the church and community to patronize them.”

The Buy Black Expo will continue the legacy of Black Wall Street by patronizing Black -owned businesses and circulating dollars throughout the community.
