Big3 Headed to Atlanta For Week 8: Playoff Seeding Up For Grabs In Regular-Season Finale

The BIG3 will close out the 2018 regular season this Friday at Infinite Energy Arena in Atlanta before moving on to the playoffs on Aug. 17 in Dallas. The four playoff teams – Power, 3-Headed Monsters, Tri-State and 3’s Company – are all set. However, playoff seeding is still very much up for grabs. The scoring title and several other key stat awards hang in the balance as well.

Here’s what we know:

• If Power wins, they clinch the No. 1 seed no matter what.
• If all four playoff teams win in Week 8, or all four lose in Week 8, the seeding would be: 1) Power, 2) 3-Headed Monsters, 3) 3’s Company, 4) Tri-State.

• There is a possibility that there can be a 4-way tie: If Power and 3-Headed Monsters both lose, and Tri-State and 3’s Company both win. If that happens, the playoff seeding would be: 1) Power, 2) 3’s Company, 3) 3-Headed Monsters, 4) Tri-State.

There are a few 3-way tie scenarios. Without going into all the details, this chart provides all the seeding scenarios based on what happens Friday.
