Ty Walker is pleased to announce that former TU Football coach, State Senator Dave Rader, has endorsed Ty Walker for Tulsa City Council District 5 to replace Karen Gilbert. Senator Rader issued this following statement to the Walker campaign:

“As a long-time Tulsan, Will Rogers graduate, and one who has chosen to live in Tulsa, I take great interest in those who serve on our city council. Ty Walker is a life-long Tulsan, husband, Dad, TPS graduate, Navy veteran, and small-business owner.  He, too, choses to not only live in Tulsa, but to invest in Tulsa,” said Senator Rader.

Rader continues, “Ty has the best interest at heart for our city. Ty is a tireless worker who will carry that work ethic to City Hall. It is with confidence I recommend Ty to the good people of District 5.”

State Senator Dave Rader represents Senate District 39, which spans part of South Tulsa and most of Mid-Town, including Tulsa City Council District 5.
