West Virginia resident Kenton Tilford has officially registered a campaign committee to get Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson elected president, called “Run the Rock 2020.”

Johnson has not yet commented on the committee that has been set up in his name, but he has spoken about the possibility of running.

“I think that it’s a real possibility,” he told GQ in May.

“Personally, I feel that if I were President, poise would be important. Leadership would be important. Taking responsibility for everybody. [If I didn’t agree with someone] on something, I wouldn’t shut them out. I would actually include them,” he added. “The first thing we’d do is we’d come and sit down and we’d talk about it. It’s hard to categorize right now how I think he’s doing, other than to tell you how I would operate, what I would like to see.”

Also in May, Johnson “officially” announced his campaign on Saturday Night Live, saying that he would be running with Tom Hanks, “who is universally adored by every human alive.”

“It’s funny, a lot of people have been telling me lately that I should run for President of the United States,” Johnson said. “It’s very flattering, but tonight I want to put this to rest and just say once and for all: I’m in. Starting tonight, I am running for President of the United States.”
